Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- The item must not be on our non-returnable list (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products or downloadable software.
- Perishable goods such as food or consumables.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Customized or personalized orders.

Approval
We will review your request and notify you within 2-3 business days whether your return is
approved or rejected.

Ship the Item
If approved, ship the item back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless
the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional charge. Contact us within 48
hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or card
issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
